Customer Development Manager
The Customer Development Manager serves as a strategic liaison between the company and its customers, managing daily interactions and fostering strong, collaborative relationships. This role is responsible for driving business growth through effective planning, execution, and category-level expertise, while ensuring alignment with corporate policies. Additionally, the position oversees and develops Business Analysts to support customer initiatives and performance goals. This position requires approximately 50% travel to meet with customers and support field execution.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the development / execution of business planning with the customer (including the selling assortment, new product execution, pricing, in-store merchandising and promotion plans) in the achievement of scorecard targets.
- Provide category-level customer expertise.
- Ensures customer compliance with corporate policies.
- Responsible for training, development and management of Business Analysts.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales or a related field. Or in lieu of degree 9 or more years of experience in Customer Development / Support will be considered.Master's degree in marketing, Sales or a related field.4 or more years of experience in Customer Development / Support.Exposure to multiple channels and facets of the organization - Desired.Experience in selling or a demonstrated ability to have positive interrelationships with customers Desired.What Will Set You Apart
