5+ years of construction experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven experience managing crews and schedules

Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors

Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times

Managing project schedules and resolving delays

Overseeing quality control and inspections

\n

\n

Tracking materials, equipment, and manpower needs

Documenting project progress and field reports

Leading site meetings and facilitating trade coordination

Ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and local codes
