Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Product-Led Growth (PLG)

As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Product-Led Growth (PLG), you'll be a key driver of Dynatrace's PLG strategy, owning the execution and optimization of programs that guide users from signup to activation, conversion, and expansion. You'll lead hands-on initiatives across lifecycle communications, in-product marketing, and experimentation to ensure users experience value quickly and grow with Dynatrace over time. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholder teams to deliver measurable results and scale our PLG motion.

Compensation and Rewards

DOE, annual salary of $90K - $117K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on the candidate's experience, education, and location.
