Responsibilities

Retirement Plan Payment Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that retirement plan participants receive their benefit payments accurately and on time. Your work supports both the technical and personal side of plan administration — helping employees access the savings they've worked hard to build.

Respond to questions from clients and referral sources in a timely manner. Be an advocate for

Blue Ridge Associates in all interactions.

Accurately interpret plan documents to determine eligibility for participant transactions. Intake, review, process, and complete transactions in a timely manner.

Coordinate with other service providers. Continually develop and increase knowledge of retirement plan rules and regulations.

Identify opportunities for improvements to our company. Participate in working groups to enhance the organization's work product and internal processes.
