Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in technical or industrial sectors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools for administrative tasks.Strong communication skills to interact with international clients, including distributors and corporate accounts.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Experience in handling order entry and managing customer accounts.Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
