Must have 2 years minimum in field.

Must have AHA BLS and be Texas Board Certified Physical Therapist.

Must have out patient Physical Therapy experience, Orthopedic experience, Neuromuscular experience, aquatic experience, etc. Outpatient Setting.

Experience with Mckenzie preferred.

Charting System-Cerner.

Out-patient and in-patient setting with emphasis on ortho, neuro and trauma patient care. General debility and geriatric population as well.

COVID-19 vaccine required. Religious and Medical exemptions will be considered per hospital policy.
