We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our certified Speech Language Pathologist to support students in improving their communication skills and overcoming speech and language challenges.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Speech Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans and activities tailored to individual student needs.
• Assist in conducting assessments and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
• Provide direct support to students during therapy sessions, ensuring a conducive and engaging learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and report findings to the supervising Speech Language Pathologist.
• Support the implementation of communication strategies in classrooms and other educational settings.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field.
• Previous experience working with children in educational or clinical settings is preferred.
• State Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA).
