Descripción del trabajoMaintains QuickBooks Pro for the company Process payments and checks Back-Up to Process employee payroll Compile attorney fee tracking information Prepare reports Prepare and mail invoices Communicate with banking institutions and other vendors Track paid invoices Prepare and deliver deposits Track and collect outstanding accounts receivables Process and handle closing statements using client trust account Assist with Vendor Management - organize filling and contract information on company vendors. Familiarize yourself with all vendor contracts, calendar renewals terms so we are able to be proactive with any contracts as opposed to being reactive, Perform all procedures and functions pertaining to medical insurance programs including renewal, enrollment, compliance, etc. Assist IT / Technical as needed Coordinate staff meeting Input and maintain Employee Information Provide assistance with various projects as needed Master "reports" so as to provide as much feedback to management as possible.
