Job description:
• Facilitation and coaching of cross functional Problem Resolution Team (PRTs) for investigations and escapes. Coordinate the escape management process including population bounding, organize technical resources, leading/coaching investigation teams to identify robust systemic root cause.
• Generation of corrective/preventive actions to mitigate risk of future occurrences, tracking of actions through completion.
• Foster quality relationships with our customers
• Support adherence to customer Quality Clinic metrics.
• Document and disposition customer turnback’s as needed in the HQMS system.
Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of escape management process
• Demonstrated skills working in a team environment.
• Knowledge in root cause and corrective action tools and methodologies
• Basic navigation of SAP
• Basic knowledge of MRB process
• QRC or MRB background
• Supplier Quality background
• Jurisdiction and Classification (JCL2/JCL3) authorizations
