Your Impact

As a Senior MEP Engineer, you will lead building system designs across your area of expertise, whether mechanical, electrical, or plumbing, while collaborating closely with other disciplines to deliver integrated, high-performing facilities. You will take ownership of projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a culture that values precision, innovation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation process for building systems within your discipline (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing) from concept through completion.
• Develop technical designs for HVAC, power, lighting, water, waste, or related building systems depending on your area of focus.
• Partner with engineers across other disciplines to create fully integrated, coordinated designs.
• Review work for accuracy, code compliance, and quality of deliverables.
• Support project schedules and budgets through effective coordination and communication with project managers and clients.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Remain hands-on in Revit and AutoCAD to support active design and documentation work.
