Banquet setup duties include :

• Set up and tear down of all events.
• Read and understand BEO in order to set space accurately.
• Attention to detail.
• Follow Hilton and Lexington Mgmt standard operating procedures.
• Work with and communicate to our guest and assist as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space.
