Job Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform duties with the understanding that everyone's Safety is most important

Support the IT team with installing, upgrading and maintaining hardware, software, and other systems

Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to the general user community including plant management

Organize and maintain IT resources

Lend IT support in daily activities

Requirements

Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major desired or currently being obtained.

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong verbal and written communication

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in teams

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
