Solution Architect - Data Foundation (remote)
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join the customer team in a dynamic and fast-paced communications industry.
As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative and robust technology solutions that enable the customer business transformation strategy.
Your expertise will help shape the future of communication networks, services, and platforms while ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design and Development :
- Lead cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements related to the customer’s data foundation
- Develop end-to-end architectures for data services, considering scalability, performance, security, and reliability Technical Leadership :
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and lead design reviews and architecture discussions, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
Requirements Analysis :
Work closely with Business analysis and stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and business requirements, ensuring a deep and translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and architectural designs.
Solution Documentation :
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, deployment models, and integration plans, to effectively communicate solution designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Kafka Bus, SOAP, Rest
- Snowflake, Tableau, Azure Data Factory
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect. Communications industry experience is a plus.
- TOGAF Certification preferred
- Broad knowledge of Enterprise level Applications
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to influence other decision makers
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in presenting complex technical concepts to various audiences.
- Experience with architecture modeling and diagramming tools.
