Role Scope :

We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented dietitian who is passionate about supporting elderly persons in their journey. The Dietitian will work within a multidisciplinary care team led by a primary care provider to ensure whole-person, integrated care. The Dietitian completes participant nutritional assessments and reassessments, screens and assesses participant's nutritional status and uses pertinent data to plan and implement appropriate nutrition interventions, obtains participant food preferences and makes dietary modifications as needed, in addition to providing nutrition education to participants, caregivers and Habitat PACE staff.

Compensation :

We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical / dental / vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $33.00 - $49.00 hourly. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
