• Provide Individual Therapy Sessions to your choice of couples, families adults, or children – either work remotely or in your professional office space in the state of California (seeing only California-based clients).
• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments and create personalized treatment plans using our platform.
• Maintain Accurate Client Records within our online EHR/database system.
• Participate in Weekly Consultation for professional development and support.
• Uphold the Highest Ethical and Professional Standards in all aspects of practice and patient care.
• Ensure Licensure Compliance by maintaining updated CAQH credentials and fulfilling state licensure requirements.

• Licensed LMFT or LCSW in the state of California.
• Looking for only a few extra hours or wanting to grow with a steady influx of referrals and the flexibility to start slowly and build over time.
• Professional Liability/Malpractice Insurance (required).
• Strong Ability to Work Independently and manage your own schedule.
• Excellent Communication Skills and a strong commitment to client-centered care.
• Comfortable Using Technology and Web-Based Systems (very user-friendly, will discuss at interview).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
