TransForce is hiring full-time accounts receivable specialists in your area . This job is offering $20 / hour experience depending.

Required Experience :

Previous admin experienced preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent required .

History of being a team player

Duties :

Assist in credit / collections for assigned customers.

Works closely with credit manager in all areas of Accounts Receivable

Daily monitoring of credit queues in a timely manner .

Collects past due accounts and bad checks.

On a weekly basis, reviews overall collections’ performance, reporting, reviews past due accounts with credit manager.

Ensures that the customers are mailed their statements.

Collects inputs and ma intains c redit applications, & tax resale certificates on customer base.

Maintains customer files and writes letters to customers as directed.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
