Key Responsibilities : :

  • Filing, copying, faxing, answer phones, mail distribution
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Troubleshoot Copy Machine, Scanner, Phones to ensure Office is running smoothly
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects

Requirements :

  • No prior experience required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service & teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational & planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Pay rate is $35-40 per hour
