Job Details

As the Audit Manager Not-For-Profit, you will

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships on various audit and consulting / compliance engagements
• Demonstrate knowledge of technical accounting and financial reporting standards, applying industry knowledge and expertise
• Lead the development of the audit approach, applying applicable standards and firm audit methodology
• Manage engagement workflow and engagement team resources
• Provide a coordinated client service approach, working with other practice units to provide industry knowledge and insight to clients in a variety of industries
• Review engagement profitability and prepare and analyze monthly billing for assigned engagements
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and working knowledge of accounting software
• Provide leadership, counseling and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team
• Represent firm and build relationships by attending fundraisers, meetings with prospects / bankers, charitable events, professional organizations, etc.

As the Audit Manager Not-For-Profit, you will have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum of five years of public accounting experience
• Experience with large, complex Not-For-Profit entities
• CPA certification
• Ability to extract, analyze, visualize and present data
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
