Your position :

  • Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and trace loads to aid the sales team.
  • Provide support to carriers and customers.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate team.
  • Be knowledgeable about the industry to be able to handle issues promptly.
  • Know the transportation management system thoroughly.

Job Types : Full-time

Salary : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
