Health Data Advisor

A company is looking for a Health Data Advisor to support Quality Management initiatives through data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead data-driven projects and provide technical direction to quality staff

Manage HEDIS data collection and perform statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities

Define measurement strategies and develop reports to support accreditation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree highly preferred; equivalent experience considered

5+ years of experience in managed care or healthcare analytics

Prior HEDIS experience strongly preferred

Proficiency in data processing tools and experience with SQL coding

Strong understanding of technical processes and ability to analyze large datasets
