Summer 2024 ESY Occupational Therapist - Grades 5-12
Description :
Occupational Therapist needed for ESY (Extended School Year) for grades 5-12. The ESY program runs from 7 / 2 / 2024 to 8 / 2 / 24 with no ESY programming on 7 / 4 / 2024 and 7 / 5 / 2024.
Job Summary :
Establishes, maintains and expands a program of evaluation, therapy and staff training to remediate occupational therapy needs of students in grades 5-12+.
Responsibilities include providing direct and consultative occupational therapy, attending team meetings if necessary, and 30 day team leader reviews for medicaid, and medicaid submissions on behalf of the district.
Qualifications :
Must be certified as an Occupational Therapist with the Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals.
