Loan Officer Assistant

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support the branch in facilitating key steps in the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Open escrow for refinance transactions and coordinate necessary documentation and communications

Order verifications and clearances, including employment and address verifications

Prepare and deliver accurate initial loan disclosures to borrowers

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or in a similar financial services role

Experience using Encompass loan origination software is preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively with Loan Officers and third parties
