I am currently working with a Large firm with a National reach who are actively seeking headlines : Associate level candidates to join their Corporate Practice in Washington D.C. Here are the

• Assisting in the representation of corporate clients in a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities offerings, and corporate governance.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence on corporate transactions
• Drafting and reviewing transactional documents, including merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and corporate resolutions.
