- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Contribute to creating a positive, welcoming environment for all customers.
Qualifications :
Proven customer support experience or experience in a related role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.Benefits :
