Posting Summary Functional Position Title COORDINATOR FORENSIC PSYCHIATRY Position Number Appointment Type Regular Location-City New Orleans School / Division MEDICAL SCHOOL Department Psychiatry Position Summary Under broad supervision by the Forensic Psychiatry Section Chief, the incumbent will be responsible for coordination of the Forensic Psychiatry section.

The incumbent will support the Forensic Faculty in building relationships with judges, attorneys, and parish courts. They will triage requests, schedule evaluations, organize interviews of named parties in various cases, and do the administrative work required to organize and meet record retention requirements.
