StyleSignPlan is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and participants.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site management.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage event materials and equipment, ensuring timely setup and teardown.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise.
• Maintain detailed records and reports related to event planning and execution.
• Assist with the development and distribution of event promotional materials.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure event objectives are achieved.
