We’re seeking creative writers who are tuned into the latest in music and pop culture, from viral TikTok hits and festival headliners to film / TV crossovers, industry trends, and fan-fueled fandoms. Our ideal candidates have a deep passion for music, a sharp editorial voice, and the ability to connect timely stories with cultural context.

As a Music Features Writer, you will be writing articles that provide more in-depth analysis on the music industry and current trends, as well as writing timely news stories about the latest developments in pop music. Collider is looking for someone with expertise on Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, Indie, Electronic, and more. Candidates should be able to cover anything and everything ranging from the significance of Grammy snubs, Billy Joel’s retirement, Dave Grohl’s impact on rock, the long-storied beef between Kendrick Lamar & Drake, Katy Perry’s latest viral moment, Rick Rubin’s unique production technique, the Warped Tour revival, and the lineup reveals of festivals Coachella and Lollapalooza.
