I am currently working with a reputable, fast-casual restaurant chain client looking for a General Manager to join their team in Manchester, New Hampshire!

General Manager Responsibilities :

Manage the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience

Assist with the recruitment of team members. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment

Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries to satisfaction

Assist with the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies to help achieve and exceed financial goals

Key Requirements :

2+ years restaurant experience

Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organisational skills

Financially astute

Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences
