With approximately 550 employees worldwide, our team of talented professionals and craftsmen spans numerous disciplines : design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, sustainability and client support.

Our AZ location (Phoenix, West Valley Area) is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to support and ensure general fulfillment, scheduling, inventory, quality and communication expectations are met within the samples department.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Standard and Custom Products Support and ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of sample requests.
  • Sample Inquiries (sales / inside sales communication)Ensure timely and accurate responses to sample inquiries (help desk ticketing system).
  • InventorySupport and ensure proper quality and accurate inventory. Support and ensure the timely fulfillment of out-of-stock items (standard samples and related materials).
  • SAM (Samples Asset Manager)Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of transfer requests. Ensure proper quality and accurate inventory.
  • RetainsSupport and ensure proper labeling and filing protocol.

Qualifications :

  • A college degree or related work experience.
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Organized and outgoing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Office environment with a typical work day from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm Monday Friday (hours include 1 half hour lunch break).

Occasional overtime may be required.
