Baptist Health is looking for an IS Support Services Specialist Associate to join our team in Louisville, KY

Under general supervision provides highly responsive first and second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, applications and hardware.

Utilizes reasoning ability to research and resolve issues related to hospital information systems. Coordinates with Baptist Healthcare System Support Services to ensure hospital information systems availability meets or exceeds standards established by Baptist Healthcare System Support Services.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required

Minimum of an associate degree in related area or six-month related experience.
