Job Description :

• Manage daily production in cooperation with Operations Manager including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensuring all work orders are complete each week
• Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts
• Handle payments, deposits, and processing
• Assist in recruitment, hiring and training of window cleaners
• Responsible for ensuring weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents
• Assist in coordination of weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals meetings

Job Requirements :

• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous management experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others to perform assigned tasks
• Ability to prioritize and assign responsibilities to others
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic microsoft office suite knowledge
• Team building skills
• Experience selling and / or working with customers preferred
• Ability to train others
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Liability car insurance
