We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in Accounting + Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving financial success.

Responsibilities :

As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to : Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial analysis. You will be tasked with :

1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis.

2. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

3. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

4. Coordinating and completing annual audits.

5. Meeting financial accounting objectives.

6. Establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions.

7. Continually improving systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

8. Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. 5+ years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial analysis.

3. CPA or CMA preferred.

4. Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.

5. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

6. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.

7. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

8. High attention to detail and accuracy.

9. Ability to direct and supervise.

10. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
