Job Overview - How You'll Contribute :
Do you have an Accounting degree you would like to put to use? The H+H Group is growing! We have an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist on our Central Support Accounting Team. Here at H+H you'll be at the forefront of innovation, harnessing the latest technology to automate tedious tasks allowing for more time to solve complex problems. (Starting at $20 per / hour)
- Perform technical accounting duties such as recording, processing, and reporting of transactions, inventory, revenue, and other functions.
- Review, research, reconcile, and assure the accuracy of schedules, ledgers, and accounts.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and collaborate with team members.
- Ensure the timely processing of all payments due by the organization to vendors, individuals, and manufacturers.
- Collaborate with managers throughout the organization to obtain invoice approvals in a timely manner.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Research discrepancies between vendor statements and internal schedules.
- Contact vendors for missing invoices.
Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful :
Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM or 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM.
