Position Purpose :

The Lead shall be responsible for daily oversight and scheduling workflow tasks of the team members.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

• Lead all personnel directly involved with the process.
• Training focal point for new team members.
• Manage inventory records and completion of inventory transactions.
• Assign and monitor department tasks to team members and track completion.
• Team representative for meetings pertaining to team activities, when applicable.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Planners to ensure customer delivery on time.
• Ensure that unacceptable quality trends are reported to management when required.
• Follow up on failure of components and / or product with input into the investigation and corrective action when necessary.
• Responsible for following all established Vaupell policies, standard operating procedures and safety practices.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications / Requirements

Candidates must be a “US Person” (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)

Environmental Condition

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations.
