In this role, you will oversee the appearance, care, and maintenance of the full facility, including buildings, grounds, and critical infrastructure systems. • Operates hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Works in accordance with company safety policies and reports unsafe conditions.
  • Maintains strong attention to detail and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Establishes and maintains productive working relationships with contractors.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities and building maintenance.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • A current U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional heavy lifting, outdoor work, climbing ladders, using power tools, and operating machinery. The essential functions of this position must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
  • Company-paid life and AD&D insurance
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
