The Office of Admission seeks an Assistant / Senior Assistant Director of Admission to recruit and enroll students to graduate and professional level programs on our Worcester, Manchester, and Online campuses. The Assistant / Senior Assistant Director will work with students through continued engagement and guidance, as well as establish relationships with institutional partners to meet enrollment goals. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with the opportunity to work remote part of the week. The ideal candidate would work in our Manchester, NH Office 2 days per week with occasional responsibilities and travel to our Worcester Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Advise students, parents, and institutional partners on admission into a variety of programs at MCPHS throughout the application cycle
- Take a creative approach to enrollment through strategy, educating prospective students on benefits and differentiators of their program and an education at MCPHS
- Become familiar with all transfer and graduate offerings and assist admission colleagues responsible for those populations with aspects of recruitment when necessary
- Conduct extensive outbound calling, email, and texting campaigns at various stages of the application cycle
- Review application credentials for applicants from a variety of programs, and become familiar with pre-requisite and admission requirements for all transfer and graduate programs
- Conduct Information Sessions, appointments, and tours, in-person and virtually, for various populations interested in transfer and graduate programs
- Identify and establish professional connections with new and existing partners locally and nationally, and travel as needed
- Assist with recruitment events for prospective students
- Other related duties as assigned by the Director of Admission
- Contributes to sustaining and enhancing an inclusive working and learning environment
