Job descriptionMUST : CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification required Athletic / Soccer Background 1+ year of coaching Believes they can be the best coach on staff Extensive knowledge of Strength & Conditioning Ability to program for 1 on 1 clients Positive and energetic personality with a can do attitude Degree from an accredited university (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field) Familiar with the local community; existing relationships with schools, coaches, and sports teams Experience in group, 1 : 1, small group, and team training settings CHARACTER. This coach must have world class character & align with our core values. Here at D1 Training we work hard & play hard. You must show up every single day ready to have fun with high energy. If you dont bring the juice, or are up & down day to day, you arent a good fit for this high-performance team. COACH. This coach should be able to step in on day 1 & work with anyone. We have classes for 7-11 year olds, 12-14 year olds, 15-18 year olds, & adults. We have 100+ one on one clients doing personal training & these athletes range from 7 years old to currently playing in the NFL. You cant have an ego around who you work with & must LOVE coaching everyone. TEAM PLAYER. At D1 Training we do not let coaches pick who they work with. Every coach must be a team player & be ready to train members of all ages & skill levels. Every coach must be willing to coach 1 on 1, group classes, & semi-privates. Developing and providing customized personal training programs for individual clients and small groups Implementing training programs for youth small groups and teams as assigned Ensuring safe and effective use of equipment Motivating and building positive relationships with clients and facility members Participating in ongoing personal training growth opportunities and programs Obtaining and maintaining required certificates and licenses Various other duties as assigned You wake up, excited to help athletes accomplish their goals. You arrive at our state of the art facility, equipped with a world class weight room & indoor turf field. You walk into the facility that has produced hundreds of NFL draft picks, thousands of college scholarships, tens of thousands of athletes who trained towards a goal & accomplished it (because of you - their coach). You are greeted by a team of 8+ world-class Soccer players, all fun & friendly but also competitive & performance-driven. You look at your schedule for the day & you like that you are on pace to end the week at the top of the coaching 1 on 1 leaderboard. After this you have a few 1 on 1 clients to work with. An 8 year old Soccer player who has never played followed by a 17 year old Soccer player training for college. You write the programming, you schedule the client, you show up to coach, & you ensure a world class product. You end the day with a scholastic team with ages 7-18 years old. You do exactly what you did with the rest of your athletes all from the morning...you provide a world class product. You end the day with a message from a 1 on 1 client who lets you know that they just accomplished the goal that they set when you started training together 3 months earlier...you provided a world class product.

This Soccer Performance Coach should have the ability to step in on day 1 and work with any client we throw at them. D1 Coaches train scholastic athletes ages 6-18 and adult athletes ages 18-80. D1 coaches lead team training for high school select and collegiate teams. D1 coaches also provide 1-on-1 and small group training for adult, scholastic, and professional athletes.
