Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced patient account / self-pay collector to join our client's team. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up on unpaid patient fertility claim balances, ensuring a high level of patient-customer service throughout the process. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent patient-customer service.
- Make outbound calls to patients to collect open balances.
- Notify customers with high balances and mail past-due notices.
- Review and reconcile patient ledger and balances.
- Follow up on the status of payments.
- Itemize and print courtesy statements for patients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
