Your Impact as a Business Development Manager

As our Business Development Manager in the Lakeland area, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence by forging strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You'll develop and implement strategic staffing solutions that directly address client needs, driving mutual success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to build long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Craft customized staffing solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
  • What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven success in sales or business development, preferably in B2B or the staffing industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and pursuing new business.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for effective lead and sales management.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Solid understanding of the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
  • Willingness to travel within the territory to cultivate client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
