What does this role look like?
This is a Program Finance Lead position with responsibilities including but are not limited to: A proactive business operations leader responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, Program Control and Customer Financial Reporting, Funding Tracking, Invoice and Receivable tracking for Short Term Cash Mgmt, Long Range Plan ( LRP) and Monthly Business rhythms to include compliance to Revenue Recognition and tracking of Orders/Sales/EBIT/CASH. Support to proposal estimates and financial reviews. This position will oversee/manage a team of Financial Analysts and support their development and business acumen training and to be an example of our Lockheed Martin values.

Basic Qualifications:
Finance and Business Operations Service Contracting experience or anything else related.
Ability to lead remote teams.
Proven record of excellent customer relationships.
Self starter with can do approach and independent leadership qualities.
Security clearance in place, or ability to cross over.
Desired Skills:

8+ years of related experience with bachelors or masters degree.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
