Pay Range : $55 - $60 per hour on W2

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned BI Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence tools to support the operational and technical needs of our finance franchise within Enterprise Analytics. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of BI reporting and engineering experience, with a thorough understanding of enterprise design, and proficiency in Tableau, SQL Server, and Snowflake. This role demands an individual who is capable of working independently, converting business requirements into technical solutions, and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development and delivery of BI reports and data models, ensuring alignment with business stakeholder needs.
Convert business / functional requirements into technical requirements / data models while ensuring 100% accuracy in deliverables.
Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues, maintain timeline integrity for projects, and execute operational and data engineering tasks efficiently.
Engage with clients for requirement gathering, provide status updates, and support UAT as a key partner in the engagement.
Document best practices and build supportive relationships with internal matrix partners.

Must-Have Skills :

Proficient in Tableau and SQL Server.

Strong experience in Data Analysis and BI Solutions.

Effective communication and ability to work directly with both technical teams and clients.

Preferred Industry Experience :

Previous experience in finance or a strong understanding of SAP Finance is highly desirable.
