Job Summary :
The Workforce Business Manager will play a critical role in managing and optimizing business operations to drive growth and efficiency for Compass Group within the Workforce Strategy Team. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong data analytics skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights, business and financial acumen, project management experience, and expertise in workforce strategy. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business performance using data analytics tools and methodologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to drive initiatives and improve processes.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, making recommendations based on market analysis and financial viability.
- Develop and execute workforce strategies to optimize talent management, including recruitment, retention, and development.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on business performance, financials, projections, and strategic plans to senior management.
