Job Summary :
As a Technical Support Specialist for Civil 3D, you’ll engage with customers within the Engineering, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure communities, providing essential support, direction, and solutions for various issues. You'll work under a Technical Support Manager to address customer needs through various channels and participate in proactive support activities, including developing webinars, hosting Q&A sessions, and publishing articles. Your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to and document support requests across multiple channels.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff and research product defects.
- Manage a personal backlog of support requests and update customers on progress.
- Participate in product BETA programs and support knowledge base development.
- Influence product management with insights gained from customer interactions.
