JOB SUMMARY :
This Operations Analyst II position performs operations and maintenance along with production support and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with computer systems, reviewing information and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include :
- Monitoring system outputs and reporting anomalies
- Performing data updates and corrections in a production environment
- Compiling data from single or multiple resources and formatting reports
- Developing and revising work instructions and job aids
