Biological Science Faculty Opportunity
Tallahassee State College is a dynamic and growing comprehensive community college located in Tallahassee, Florida. The College is excited to announce an opening for the position of Biological Science Faculty – P00404 in the Biological Science D ivision . We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.
What You’ll Do
This is a full-time faculty position. Full-time faculty provides instruction and service in support of college policies and procedures, along with participation in professional development opportunities. This position will specifically provide in-person, on-campus teaching in the classroom as a primary function for a variety of courses within the discipline of Biological Science. This position is primarily for in-person, on-campus courses taught a variation of days (Monday through Friday) on Main Campus in Tallahassee, Florida. Courses needed are time blocks during the morning, mid-day, and afternoon. A small amount of evening options may also be available.
Who We’re Looking For
The Biological Science Faculty must have :
Minimum of a Master’s degree in biology orrelatedorappliedbiological science subfield.
A master’s degree in a related discipline with 18 or more graduate credit hours in Area(s) also meets the minimum requirement.
Qualifying Fields : Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Cell biology, Genetics, Marine biology, Microbiology, Molecular biology, Mycology, Neurobiology, Pathobiology or pathology, Physiology, Phytopathology, Visual Science, or Zoology
