Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of DSA construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
• Ensure adherence to all building codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Train and mentor on-site staff to promote professional growth and team efficiency.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

• Proven experience managing DSA construction projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead teams and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
