This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to apply their unique skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and preparing financial reports. The Permanent Controller will also be involved in strategic planning, budget management, and financial forecasting. If you are an ambitious individual with a passion for numbers and a keen eye for details, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee all accounting operations including month end close, financial reporting, cash forecasting, and reconciliations. 2. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances. 3. Lead improvement and implementations and new accounting systems and processes. 4. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. 5. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. 6. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 7. Additional duties as necessary. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA preferred. 2. Proven working experience as a Financial leader in a growing, multi-entity organization. 3. 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience. 4. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. 5. Experience with process improvement and software implementation. 6. Experience with creating financial statements. 7. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills. 8. Proficient in GL, Cash Flow, Financials or equivalent. 9. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 10. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 11. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
