Job description
A company is looking for a Creative Manager who will lead a team of designers and copywriters while contributing to the copywriting process. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a creative team, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews Develop and execute creative strategies in collaboration with senior management while overseeing high-quality content production Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field 5+ years of management experience leading creative teams and projects Proven experience in copy and content creation, including writing, editing, and proofing Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of the Higher Education and Post-Secondary Education sector is a plus
