Senior Manager Of Data Products

At Jack Henry, we're more than a technology company, we're a force for good in financial services. We're redefining how community banks and credit unions connect with the people they serve. Our mission is rooted in people inspired innovation, empowering financial institutions to deliver seamless, secure, and human centered experiences. We deliver cutting-edge solutions that are paving the way for the next generation of digital banking and payments, but our true impact begins with our associates. • Manages cross-functional trade-off discussions across engineering, architecture, governance, and commercial teams to maintain organizational alignment.
  • Leads cross-organizational coordination to support data harvesting and integration across product lines in alignment with enterprise data strategy.
  • Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking and an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Collaborates with go-to-market and operations teams to establish operational readiness, customer support models, and launch strategies for data products.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, data science, or product ownership.
  • Previous formal experience leading and managing teams.
  • Ability to communicate with executives and customers.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence data product suite roadmaps and backlog.
  • Ability to set priorities and work with product teams.
