Job description
A company is looking for an EveryAction Database Manager to oversee and optimize their CRM infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize EveryAction across parent and subcommittees (C3 & C4)
Create dashboards and recurring reports to track key performance indicators
Develop standard operating procedures and train staff on data entry and reporting best practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing EveryAction
Experience in political campaigns, advocacy organizations, unions, or nonprofits
Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data hygiene
Familiarity with compliance considerations (C3 / C4 separation)
Comfortable working in a fast-moving campaign environment
